Antonio Raccuia

Director / Principal Financial Advisor

Antonio is the founder and owner of AGR Wealth Group, bringing over 20 years of experience in accounting and financial services. He began his career in accounting before transitioning to financial advice in 2007. Over the years, Antonio has worked extensively with business clients and high net worth individuals, most recently at a Top 100 Accounting & Financial Services firm, providing holistic and tailored advice. In 2017, he established AGR Wealth Group with a vision to deliver truly bespoke financial guidance.

Antonio is passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of their financial lives. He believes in building meaningful relationships and acting as a trusted sounding board, ensuring advice is not only strategic but personalised to each client’s unique situation.

Outside of work, Antonio enjoys camping, travelling, exploring the bush or beach, snorkelling, socialising, and the occasional salsa dance class. AGR Wealth Group is also actively involved in community sport and proudly sponsors the Hilton Bicton Cricket Club.

Sam started his career in accounting before transitioning into financial advice in 2026. He enjoys working closely with clients to help them understand their current financial position and feel confident about achieving their financial goals.

Known for being approachable and easy to talk to, Sam enjoys connecting with people - whether the conversation is about financial markets, superannuation, or something a little more personal.

Outside of work, Sam is a keen sports fan and enjoys both playing and watching football and basketball. He also enjoy trips to the beach, staying active at the gym, and heading back to his hometown of Manjimup to visit family, having grown up on a cattle farm.

Qualifications

Rachel commenced her career in Financial Planning in 1996 and brings nearly three decades of industry experience across advice, compliance, administration and practice management.

She holds a Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning), along with tax preparation accreditations and management certification. Rachel has worked within both boutique and large organisations, supporting senior and executive advisers while also leading teams and overseeing operational processes. Her broad experience ensures high standards are maintained across every stage of the advice process.

Rachel plays a pivotal role in managing systems, refining processes and enhancing efficiencies within the business. Her focus is to create a streamlined, well-structured environment that enables our advisers to concentrate on delivering tailored strategies aligned to each client’s financial objectives.

Out of the office, Rachel enjoys her time with family, including her two children, as well as connecting with and contributing to her community through the school P&C's and local community groups.

Maria joined the AGR Wealth Group team in August 2024. She brings a wealth of experience in administrative and managerial roles, having spent 15 years with HBF in various positions, primarily in Branch Management, as well as 4 years leading the Insurance Department at United Credit Union and 5 years with insurance brokers.

Outside of work, Maria is passionate about mental health advocacy through her ongoing involvement with MensTalk, a charity supporting men’s mental health. She assists with bookkeeping, administrative duties, fundraising events, and producing monthly Board Reports.

Maria’s interests include organising monthly puppy catchups for her club of 40 members and 60 papillons, as well as reading, walking, listening to music, and spending time with family and friends.
